  • Discovery Degree

    • Requirements

      • Enroll in an agriculture class for at least a portion of the school year

      • Become a dues-paying member at the Chapter, State, and National level

      • Participate in at least one FFA chapter activity outside of scheduled class time

      • Have knowledge of  agriculture related careers and entrepreneurship opportunities

      • Become familiar with the local FFA chapters Program of Activities (POA). 

      • Submit a written application for the degree.

      • Open a recordbook​

      • ​Earn $150 or ​45 hours in your SAE.

      • Learn Parliamentary Procedure

      • Lead a group discussion

  • State Degree​

    • Who can apply?

      • 3rd or 4th year members​

      • a gold pin​

    • What are the requirements?​

      • Earn $1500 or 750 hours in SAE​

      • Have 25 hours of Community Service

      • Actively serve your chapter

  • American Degree​

    • Who can apply?​

      • 4th or 5th year members​

    • What do you earn?​

      • a gold key​

    • What are the requirements?​

      • Earn $10,000 or 2,250 hours in SAE​

      • Have 50 hours of Community Service
